The Double Drops module as it stands today gives a 50% for a hostile mob to drop twice as much loot as it normally would when killed in a tile where the module is applied.
Unfortunately, the double drops module has pretty much lost all of its use, as alternative grinding methods have been implemented throughout the server's history to obtain the very items that normal mobs would drop. (shrines got buffed (gp) + infested tiles for the rest (including gp)).
This leads to the module becoming utterly useless, with no one having the incentive to use it.
Therefore, I would strongly suggest giving the module a small buff, and in this case, making both Hostile and Friendly mobs elligble to drop double loot upon death.
This isnt a massive buff, thus it wont undermine the rest of the modules, and it would actually give an incentive, even if everso small, for townowners alike to consider using it, for example it can be used to grind food (steak, porkchop ect...).
Thats way better than having a dead module.
