Town Perks -Don't misunderstand it is not normal perks this thing makes you able to get 24 Town Level Perks for 1 day- is broken and I believe it should work like If I buy that thing it should effect whole alliance not just 1 town.

Seems like useless but for a starter town it is really useful for like 1-2 weeks

That is sort of the reason why for the most part it's useless, 1-2 weeks for a loka town isn't all that much scrap that last part because nowadays thats half a towns lifetime but yeah, what I meant was it's use is limited, and should be alliance wide.
