Suggestion Make VotA a ranked gamemode (and other things)

After playing the game mode again for the first time in like a year, I remembered how fun it is to play especially with friends while in a vc. I think it'd be cool if the following were added:

1. Whole parties being able to queue for VotA (Party leader just queues it in /pvp and maybe two parties can queue against eachother?)
2. VotA being a ranked gamemode with ELO gains based off of caps acquired and kills gotten, also maybe add the leaderboard back to the website.
3. More VotA achievements
4. VotA kill messages and titles for completing said achievements above.
5. Talents rework?

I know everyone may not even know about VotA cause it is kind of hidden and not mentioned a lot but it is really a fun gamemode to play when not ganking or doing conquest. The game mode being ranked might help with drawing in players to it?

+1 would add a fun team ranked gamemode which could have its own rewards and titles, also, would bring more light to the gamemode
