The only way to currently see what each chest in the market sells you have to click create order. To do this, you need to have shards. I suggest an item is added in the main screen of the GUI that lists the items that specific chest holds, or make it so you don't need to have shards to view "Create a Sale" but you still need them to actually create an order.
