As it stands, there is a bug with the enchanted items being sold in the market.
If you have placed an enchanted item up for sale and decide to take it down for any reason, it is returned without the enchantments.
Items that are actually sold come out normal with their enchantments. This is a notice that if you return your items prior to being sold then you will lose the enchantment.
There is no status on whether or not items returned after their maximum time in market lose the enchantments. This is only confirmed with items that users pull out of the market manually.
