I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to apologize for my actions that led to my ban from Potions Ranked Duels. I understand that win trading is a serious offense, and I deeply regret my involvement with player Mxthi in this activity.
Over a year ago I acted impulsively and without thinking about the consequences. I now fully realize how damaging this can be, not only to the competitive nature of Potions Ranked Duels but also to the experience of other players who are trying to enjoy the game fairly. Please know that this will not happen again. I learned a valuable lesson. I kindly ask that you consider lifting my ban. I fully understand the decision, but I would greatly appreciate another opportunity.
