4 mini alliances inside an alliance randomly chosen by RNG. When an alliance places a mini alliance fights another alliance randomly chosen by RNG and they fight each other. The fight goes on random un battled on tiles and if 1 mini alliance wins/loses they get teleported to a random fight (Not the mini alliance people in the mini alliance) All even to spread it all out and make fights slightly bigger as time goes on

-1 I've seen a similar feature implemented into a server before, didn't turn out that good, and I don't think it's good that it's based on RNG.
What if all your carries are in one "mini alliance" and then you have all the quickdrops in the other 3, sure it's improbable but possible
I think it wouldn't work in practice
