I thought it would be a little fun if I made mock wedding roles for this week's 'wedding'. This can also be a refresh or info for people who've never been to a wedding before.
Groom - One of the stars of the show. Usually proposes before the the marriage. (Dragon)
Bride - The other star of the show. Accepts or denies the proposal. In this case accepts. (???)
Best Man - Groom's brother or lifelong friend, in most cases. In general, must be close to Groom, in any way. (Skuhoo)
Maid of Honor - Bride's sister or lifelong friend. Usually unmarried. (Lottaine)
Groomsmen - Supports and celebrates with the Groom. Majority are bachelors. (Bat, Magppieman, Wizardteepot, Zor) I did this at one marriage. Best experience!
Bridesmaids - Supports, celebrates, and prepares the Bride for the wedding. (Jedoi, Lottaine)
Celebrant - Officially starts the marriage. Usually done religiously and traditionally. (Cryptite)
Page Boy - Supports the Bride's dress, when coming down the aisle. (Kallious)
Flower Boy/Girl - Showers the aisle with flowers before the Bride comes down. (Aggressive_Gibon) I did this when I was young at another wedding. One of the cringiest things I've done in my life.
Coin Bearer - Not too common at weddings. Collects offerings and gifts from people. (Epicafroninja)
Ring Bearer - Presents the rings, to the Bride and Groom. (Maliki)
Photographer - Takes pictures, in this case, screenshots, of the wedding and reception. (Padfoot)
Audience - Anyone is invited!
Remember this is a mock. Any one of these roles can be changed at any given time. Give your ideas and mocks down below!
