It would be nice to have multiple town npcs, for decoration, quests, or for any other reason. (Also please fix town quest npc skins??)

This topic has been brought up multiple times in the suggestions forum either using villagers or custom armour stands etc etc. Town NPC's would really bring these huge builds to life that currently feel super empty.
As a counter to lag even if you could only have one npc per town level or whatever that's still better than nothing. NPC's would be awesome!
