My name is Nbax, I am sure that most of you guys know me as I have been friends with many different people in multiple alliances, I am currently perm muted due to a poor decision that I made a couple months ago. I was told by staff that I should wait a little more to appeal as the mute was recent. I think time has passed and I have grown as a person. A couple of months ago I made the poor decision to be toxic within the chat. Doing this exposed players on the server to a bad side of me that I have worked on in the past couple of months. I wanted to state publicly that I am sorry to both 36s and SmiGuy as my actions were not warranted and I have already apologized privately and they are aware but I don't think that is enough. I believe that everyone makes mistakes. I don't think these mistakes define a person or player as we all play Minecraft. I have been working on how I deal with my frustration in more proactive ways rather than being toxic. I have been working on this in my interactions with my friends online and in person. I want to make sure that it is very clear that those momentary lapses of judgment do not define who I am as a person. I think due to the time I have taken to work on myself and how I respond to others that I deserve another chance to come back and be a part of the Loka community that I value so much. If I have ever offended you I want to state here that I am sorry and I would love to talk in the future so don't be afraid to reach out. Thank you so much. -Nbax
 
+1 I talk to this kid all the time and he definitely changed. He is not the same anymore and I think another chance is good to give
 
-1 because you're dishonest and using the cliché "I have grown as a person" statement. You didn't. You are the same Nbax that everyone either loves or hates. You said you have grown as a person but how can you do that when its only been one month since your last appeal. Change in a person does not happen in a month like that and I honestly think you act the same but without the ability to say things in chat.

+1 If I saw some screenshots making up with these people you have either harassed or talked bad about though.

I've apologized multiple times to both people. I felt bad and still feel bad to this day. It's been 2 months, I've came to the understanding that what I said was wrong in every shape and form. The pictures provided are my apologies to 36s, and Smiguy. These were private messages and I wanted it to remain private to make it more of a genuine apology, but since you ask, those are the private messages.

+1 I see the proof and believe that the people he made remarks to are fine and have made up. If these are the only two people that have been the reason of his ban then this is proof enough to unmute him.
 
Really genuine appeal- appreciate the effort put into it. As I said in my response to your last appeal I think it would be worth giving you another chance, especially with the fact that you apologized to 36s and Smi in DMs and I feel enough time has passed since then to warrant unmuting you and allowing you another chance.
