For the first quest i recommend to go to the cave in front of garama docks, there u will have to kill a illusioner which is a blue villager and will drop something to u (it's random) then u come back to the spawn talk to styx and talk to lenrith and lenrith will give u one of the 10 different heads there are
For the second quest you need to shift click on every different heads for trick or treat to complete it you need to get treat on every 10 heads at least once time. Good luck!
I'll be updating it when 2nd and 3rd part come up.
If u didn't do the quest of Can't scare me! in other year i recommend to do it, it gives 100 orbs and 32 cores and its very easy here u guys have a video

Farnham= Hard Medium Sweet (lollypop)
Chad= Big Soft Sweet (cotton candie)
Marner= Chocolate Medium Soft (mars bar)
Jack= Chewy Sweet Big (gummy worm)
Miner = Hard Chocolate Small (M & M)
Fred, Sour Chewy Small (Sour Skittles)
