Suggestion New Conquest Modes

This could either be a great idea or bad idea

So we can all agree that the current state of conquest is pretty boring and just recruitment wars.
I think there should be different types of conquest that isnt just a change of continent like rivi or balak, but a change on how you win aswell.
Perhaps a 20v20 mode?

I dont have a set idea on what these new conquest modes could be, but im sure it will start conversations in this thread

Big ol' 100% agree with this apart from the Rivi part. What Rivi does really well is demonstrate how how pop Vs low pop conquest is a very different gamemode.

I think having variations of player count is a great thing as far as ways to mix up conquest is concerned, many players of Loka will never experience a good 10v10 which is what original conquests sweet spot was imo.

There was some discussion ages ago about how best to tackle the issue of 100v100 fights not being the most fun for a lot of players.

The idea that stuck out to me was adding mechanics which splits up these massive groups of players which simply is more objectives. However, it's worth saying that this idea for conquest would probably need a new isle because there's simply not enough space on tiles to add more stuff going on.

I still like crypts idea with this, however this was back in october 2021 so with current server pop I wouldn't say its a huge reach to consider 20v20 for the top tiles and scaling downwards as such if it's still an idea he likes

In lcr meetings we talked about this and ways to create better conquest, and I think it comes down to
- Different game mode (CTF, PayLoad, etc.)
- New modules
- New style (15v15, 20v20)
- And "Modifiers" I think they were called, which I really liked this idea but basically the idea that events happen during conquest and its complete RNG based. For example, lets say you were fighting in the dessert and a "sandstorm" happened and now everyone in the fight would receive slowness 1 and blindness 1. Obviously all the modifiers wouldn't be a debuff and this is just an example.

make reins the only fights that go over 100 total participants, 50v50 as big as it needs to get.

every idea here i think is amazing, apart from modifiers, i agree i think it would be rng

just looked at this post and the rotation every 2 weeks is an amazing idea too
