Make it that whoever is continent capital can choose one alliance on their continent to re name (within loka appropriate standards) .

It sounds like fun. But tbf, I'd support only on the condition that in a week or 2, the alliance is automatically renamed to its original name.

But then that lessens the fun, Id argue should last for at least half the month. Especially because it'll most likely be the losers of the previous month. Plus approval from staff will make the name still compliant with loka.
