Suggestion New titles

New title for the people who has been Loka World Leader and new temporary title for who is the current leader of each continent, example:
August 2023 Campos wins in kalros (alliance leader)
September 2023 Campos can use the temporary title.
October 2023 the title is no longer available for campos.
And for the people who has been world leader i think they should have a permanent title, please drop your ideas for the titles in here.

should also make a permanent title for someone who wins cap consecutively. maybe if you win cap 3 months in a row or something similar.
