I have known Newdood since almost the day I joined Loka back in 2012. He was very active before a very long hiatus, and has only just now returned. However, I know he has a great work ethic on Loka and is capable of building up a successful town. While he hasn't played for most of the stretch since 2012, I believe he is a veteran and deserves the Slicer title.
