No Plans to Implement No Double Attacking on Rivina with two different towns

So you may wonder what I mean by this or its insane to have it. Last night (August 19th 2018) Seagulls got placed on by Dong Dank. We thought it would be no problem since it was one fight and they placed once. 30 minutes later a member from Zorros decided to go place on us on Rivina. This ended up being a free victory for them as seen by eldritchbot stats, since Seagulls was busy fighting Dong Dank.
I know in the comments people will point out that we had plenty of time to defeat Dong Dank and go to the next fight. To this I would like to say that Seagulls and many other towns aren't that good with fighting and with pvp. We aren't SH or Noobville or Covenant, and many other towns are like that as well.
I'm willing to bet that if the same thing had happened to Zorros last night with DD and Seagulls double placing, or Zorros and Seagulls double placing on Dong Dank, they would not be happy either. What I want is a simple solution, if you get placed on on Rivina (since I have yet to see this problem on a Continental scale) other towns should not be allowed to place on you until and hour has passed. I'm not saying remove a single town double placing (that would be ludicrous) I'm referring to two different towns placing on another town, like what happened last night. It takes away from conquest and ends up being a dirty move that can't be stopped.
Please comment what you think on this if you're for or against it, and maybe a reason instead of just a +1 or -1, and thank you for reading this

I'm not entirely sure what you meant by your solution to this problem. However if I understand it right, you want to make it so that you cannot be placed on until an hour has passed since the last place on Rivina.
if you get placed on on Rivina (since I have yet to see this problem on a Continental scale) other towns should not be allowed to place on you until and hour has passed.
This has recently happened to a certain town on Ascalon actually. Almost everyone on Ascalon recently teamed up on Valyria placing on them multiple times all around the same time. So if you want this on Rivina it should be on Continental as well, which I personally am not in favor of as it is a legitimate tactic to take down someone with a lot of power. Strength in numbers right?

I'm saying that you can place on a town on Rivina and you can do it multiple times if you want, but 2 different towns should not be allowed to place on a third town within an hour of each other. Like what Zorros did last night, it was a cheap move and proved to be free strength for them, Idc about on a continental scale if its changed, I want it at least on Rivina

As I've never been on Rivina I can't say for certain, but it sounds like the glitch where attacks and defenses not being shared between Continent and Rivina is to blame. Which can be found here, for anyone who doesn't know what I'm talking about.

I can understand why you'd be frustrated at this; but it's just how the server was designed and meant to be, over extending a town results in it fighting a war on two fronts at once.

Once again, I don't want this on a continental scale, I just feel that Rivina was set up for fighting, so that we could avoid messy invasions, and get down to actual pvp. Ths takes away from that by allowing one side to get a free win while their ally fights the third party candidate who is being attacked. On a continental scale its messy and fine, but on Rivina I think we should encourage fair fights and implement this rule
