You've got a point but it's not really a massive issue. I don't think there's enough need for something like this to be implemented.

I'm pretty sure Stromgarde has died a few times and none of the past owners have objections.

Make it so the most recent town owner of the fallen town has to give permission to use its name

Or just make it flatly impossible to name another town Donzula, or Southern Valyria

I mean considering one of the founders was still Lemon who founded the original Donzula too, it shouldnt be prevented.

Used to be you flatly could not name a town after an existing one period. Maybe this is bugged of late, or it may be towns before The Great Update whose names are up for grabs again. Either way we try not to approve towns named after old ones unless it's the same owners as before.

good idea it makes people come up with original town name ideas ALTOUGH if you place a town on a ruin you can call the town the same name as the ruined town. +1
