Suggestion No town chest cooldown while in own town

Don't you hate coming back from a ruin or skirmish that ended up in you throwing a ton of items into the town chest only to find you have to wait 25 more minutes just to deposit them into your town? Why is it that being in the very namesake of the chest still subjects you to the same cooldown as being anywhere else?

Given you can only have one of these town chests placed at a time anyways, it'd save a lot of time spent waiting for the cooldown while being nigh unabusable.
Needless to say, however, that this should not reset the 30 minute cooldown outside the town.

Town chests are for remote transport of items between town members. If you're just taking stuff from A to B immediately by yourself, why not just use Shulkers?
