Not Gother for slicer

I read up on the forums, and nobody, other than gabrosen, who i know in real life, has wanted to nominate myself for slicer, but I try and help everyone. On top of that, i feel the slicers and all ranks are only people who are good at PvP, take adzy, no offense, but just because he is good at PvP, doesn't mean crap. He could kill all the nomads for all you care in the leadership team, this means all slicers, sentrys, guardians, elders, old ones, and all lokans could just come online and be like, I am good with PvP, may I have slicer, and cryptite says yeah, and there are too many slicers, not enough rules. Just because I don't have any PvP skills, doesn't mean I can't help wanderers and nomads. If you agree, which I don't think anyone will, support my cause and regulate rules for nomination committee members. Together, we can get the ball rolling for all lokans, and today, is that day. So, if you want to help, it would be much appreciated. Comment or like if you agree

You can not nominate yourself for slicer. Slicer's are nominated by someone who is a slicer or higher in rank, please read rules for applications before posting.

Also if you have issues with someone who you think is undeserving of a rank or think there needs to be someone looking further into things there is a complaint and a suggestion that would be more appropriate to post such things in and for others to discuss any agreements/disagreements.

And stating your opinion is good! That's how the server and forums will continue to improve! But this isn't the part of the forums for such opinions (besides the whole nomination part but still, as I said, you can't nominate yourself).

If you truly believe that Slicers and all ranks above it are only populated by people who are competent at PvP, then I fear you do not have a good understanding of Loka's playerbase, or how the process of promotions works at all.

I'm not sure Mag and I have ever even discussed PvP skill when considering any promotions.

There are LOTS of slicers+ who can’t PvP. I am one of them. I haven’t seen you online very often, which isn’t to say you’re inactive, but that’s probably why you haven’t been nominated.

I don’t think I was nominated for my pvp ability. @Wizardteepot nominated me and he didn’t mention a thing about pvp and neither did any of the +1’s. Just be active, helpful and play the server for fun. It’s not all about a title/role to have fun! (Oh and I never kill nomads)

I do understand where you could think this. Being good at pvp does get someone more "popular" and get them into bigger towns and high rank in that town. Making it more likely to be nominated, but pvp ability isn't the reason they actually get slicer, still needing to be kind and helpful to players, something not looked over just because someone is good at pvp.
