Hello Lokans, First, I would like to clarify how I never actually leaked another player's information, but instead, I said doxx and DDoS threats a LONG time ago (8 months). However, I am not justifying this as these actions frighten and shock users and show how careless I was as a player at the time. I said these threats in a call with a group of my friends jokingly with no intention of actually doxxing or ddosing anyone, but I never understood the severity of these threats when doing so. A user named Mushalol reported me for my actions as we crossed paths during my time as a crystal player. While I do not believe these actions should be ignored, Mushalol and the users affiliated with my ban have all forgiven me (See Attached). I regularly speak to most of them; I also received repercussions while I was a part of the Crystal community, receiving blocklists on all major networks. Getting banned from Loka and other servers has made me realize the immaturity and immorality of these threats and I’ve avoided making them ever since. I would also like to apologize for being ignorant in my first appeal. I had no knowledge of what proof was used for my punishment and therefore I denied everything leading to the deserved denial of my first appeal.
Apology:
Even though these threats were before I became a part of the Loka community, I still apologize to anyone who felt threatened or unsafe interacting with me after hearing about these actions. I have gone through great effort to improve myself and the relationships I have with other players trying my hardest to make amends with anyone I have hurt.
My Recent Actions:
Since my ban on Loka I have tried even harder to distance myself from the crystal community as it is overall just very toxic and transition into being a positive influence on the Loka community. Besides editing many recent Loka montages I have assisted town owners in bringing in positive recruits from the Crystal PVP community while also trying to help them understand the basics.
Controversy Regarding The Proof:
As discussed above the proof that I was banned for was completely valid and I apologize for being ignorant in my last appeal (the appeal will be linked down below). However, I would like to touch on the origin of the proof and how Mushalol acquired the proof to get me banned. In the Crystal PVP community there is a user by the name of Rvssia or Dis who constantly tries gathering clips of players saying threats or doxx-related words out of context (See attached). Even though my proof is completely valid there was a time when I trusted Rvssia and thought of him as a friend which made me feel as if I could say these threats around Rvssia in a joking manner and not have repercussions. Once Rvssia had this proof on me he constantly blackmailed me trying to coerce me into abusing him on servers I was staff on or giving him gear in return for not getting me blacklisted everywhere (See Attached). Rvssia also surrounded himself with other users who would do the same thing which basically always happened by them telling me to give them something and when I refused they would get me banned. While my actions should not be excused from this I would like to show that I never intended to threaten anyone or cause any harm in any way and Rvssia’s friend group kept using the same old proof to ban me everywhere. On top of this when I would try to ignore his friend group they would spam me with messages being very toxic and racist when I would get banned (See Attached).
Conclusion:
While I did say threats I never had any malicious intent as I had no information about any players. These childish actions have taught me a lot and I make a daily effort to show that I have nothing but positive intentions for the LokaMC community. This proof was recorded 8 months ago and since these events happened it has shown me that not everything can be seen as a joke in the public eye and you need to be aware of the consequences. Since my ban on Loka I have been unbanned off all Crystal PVP networks to further show my change and remorse. Thank you for reading this!
