pameqon ban confusion

Hi there,

So recently i came back from vacation and out of boredom started up minecraft again, tried to log into loka and saw i got banned around 1/1.5 week ago, for ''Assisting ban evasion''
I was a bit confused because first of all I came back from vacation so i didnt play for a proper month and haven't been on the server so i don't know what I've could've done wrong and as second, before going on vacation, i wasn't really that active so I'm just really confused of the situation so i decided to make a ticket and staff sent me a link to the forums where I'm now ( I dont know if im posting this in the right category because never really used loka forums before, my bad if i place this in the wrong channel/thread or how its called )

Alraight, so I don't know if this counts as an appeal but yeah, I'm just very confused, if staff could contact me in some way by informing me what i did wrong or anything would be cool.

Ill put this simply for you, the town your in "oblivion" and most of its members were helping one or more players ban evade by alting (im not 100% sure on the details). Whatever the reason, involved or not, you ended up on the ban list alongside like 15 others

If you can prove you weren't apart of this issue, then appeal again on this same category with said proof and hopefully something will be done about it.

Ok so if I understand it right, I got banned because I was in a town and some town members were apperently bypassing and I was ''helping/assisting'' them.

- First of all, I find it strange that I got banned later then others, asked some friends and they already had been banned earlier then me.
- Second, I'm on a ''banlist'' so if i red that correctly i have been banned without proof of me helping/assisting people in my town so how can I proof something I didn't do while I got banned with no proof.
- Third point, as I said, I have been innactive and on vacation, so I didn't know about any of this until a few days ago, so how could I help people bypassing while I didn't play.
- Fourth, as far as I know, only POLISH people have been banned from Oblivion.

Im gonna give my honest opinion now, especially on point 4. I feel like I have been banned because of my origin, all Polish players were banned 3-4 weeks ago while I 1 week ago. I feel like I was forgotten on the banlist, otherwise I wouldve already been banned for 3-4 weeks, ( I dont know if thats true but thats just what i think ) There were more people in Oblivion, and only the Polish people got banned.

+1 pam was just in vacations he didnt join for a long time i don't think he had nothing to do with that

Thats pretty much right.
 
+1 seems innocent he wasn't online for a couple weeks before his ban so it seems legit
 
You were playing on Loka when the ban evaders were playing, you were an owner of the town and you were in the same discord server as these ban evaders. We do not care what your nationality is. Assisting ban evasion is knowing they were evading and not reporting it. The reason some of these bans were staggered is because we had better things to do than look into this town and the evaders, as there were so many of them.
