Suggestion People have to be in combat to splash nullifying potion on other person

ill be chilling in docks invis when some naked comes up and splashes me with nullifying. completely ruining my invis pot. Please make it so either I have to be in combat or they have to be becuase right now it is super pointless going invis anywhere.

Initially I thought -1 you should just deal with it

But since debuff resistance is I'd say PRIMARILY for debuffs. I think if it's easy enough this wouldn't be the worst thing.

I think it is a little bit silly that you can do this currently (in sanctuaries only though), but it's really not that big of a deal that you can though.
