I’d like to set the record straight regarding my ban. I don’t care if I get unbanned or not I just want to bring awareness to the issue at the core of my ban.
I was going to play mythosia with touch_grass_kids so his group would log on proxima. Him being a ht4 diapot and lt3 Nethpot has an ego and doesn’t like being beaten by the likes of me. We did a ft10 after he came back from holiday and he won 10-7 so I actually tried for the second ft10 and won 10-0. After this I called him a lt5 a few times as I usually did after beating him. He got upset over this and demanded I apologise to him. I know I should’ve but I refused so he threatened to get me banned on every server I play. I then went to bed ignoring him and woke up to a mythosia ban for doxxing his face. (For the record I don’t know what he looks like) so I dmed mag to say he’s threatened to ban me on what I play and he’s taking screenshots. Obviously this didn’t go through mag since he broke his inactivity on Loka to /report me. I know Loka doesn’t check for fake screenshots but I feel they should so situations like this don’t occur.
I was banned by a guy who doesn’t like Loka, doesn’t play Loka and has no interest in diamond pot at all. All over a duel we did where I upset him for being toxic.
What do I think Loka staff should do? I think they should start checking if screenshots are fake. How do I expect them to do this? No idea to be honest it’s so easy to edit messages using inspect element and other methods before taking the screenshot that its impossible to tell.
I would also like to apologise to Scotrian and Yoshi for having to put up with me for the last two months during everything.
I would like to apologise to landscaper for ruining his day.
And I’d like to apologise to the people I’ve been toxic to you shouldn’t have had to put up with me being toxic just cause it’s been a hard few months

I haven’t said I’ve reformed I’ve just said I shouldn’t have acted towards others like i have nor should scotrian or yoshi have to put up with the issues caused by some of my actions. I’m only writing this to bring awareness to the prevalence of fake screenshots nowadays with tech advancing as quick as it is. I have my second year of college followed by uni in the coming years in which I will hopefully continue to grow as a person and move further away from games as I have been in the past few weeks.

Hello again loka community. I have spent some weeks researching more about faked screenshots specifically on mobile since I didn’t have a clear understanding of how it worked. Here is my findings alongside a question for the Loka staff.
First off fake mobile screenshots essentially work since they use third party software to recreate what inspect element is. This creates a fake chat which is then screenshotted to look 100% real. I believe one of these third party softwares was used by touch_grass_kids to make the screenshots used to get me banned on all servers I played.
And secondly fake screenshots on mobile can also be made using a 3rd party software to allow the straight edit of text on an application resulting in a fake chat log to screenshot.
The entire point of this is to show you how easy fake screenshots can be made and also the fact they will look real. I hope this brings the question to your guys minds of where’s the proof the screenshots aren’t faked.
Now for the question I have for Loka staff.
The burden of proof. As it currently stands the burden of proof lies on me to prove the screenshots are fake. The burden of proof in a legal setting falls on the prosecution not the defense.
As such my question is why does the burden of proof fall on me to disprove fake screenshots I cannot have access to. And why does the burden of proof not fall on touch_grass_kids to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the screenshots are real.

I’d also just like to mention tsukis screenshot.
One: it’s from last season of crusalis where I was still friends with touch_grass_kids.
Two: I never said I faked screenshots I just said I taught them how to do it.
Three: the screenshots it’s referring to is the ones that were found in the Carthage bunker which was proven to be faked over two years ago with help from some of the members of the server they were created in.
