Suggestion placing cooldown

hi there, loka should add a 1 hour cooldown between placing on tiles.
double placing = bad

Edit: I would also like to add another suggestion.

Towns or Alliances with no strength will not be able to place on a town or alliance's territory. I think this should be removed since even if the defending alliance wins, they don't gain anything and they even lose strength sometimes. It's not even a strategy and over all it's a broken feature.

It's incredibly stupid how a town and an alliance can place at the same time and the alliance they placed on HAVE to split their numbers. It's not only hard but it increases stress on the server because of the fact theres two fights at once.

The fact a 600 strength alliance has to choose between losing a main fight against a main enemy or a branched town at 100 strength is stupid because either way they're losing 20+ strength and theres nothing they can do about it. There should be a 1h cooldown between an alliance being placed on (so that when the 1st fight starts a 2nd fight can be placed) to not only stop an unfair meta, but to reduce stress upon the server.

though double placing disadvantages my alliance i am gonna be neutral on this since i can see reasons for and against it. while on one hand double placing (when its 2 different alliances / towns) splinters 1 alliances numbers and forces them to take on 2 fights at once, it can be seen as a strategical thing and something an alliance should have to consider when making its enemies, though this point is kind of invalidated since sometimes we can see an alliance have 1 town leave in order to double place alongside that town against their enemy alliance, which again you can either see as a strategical play or a misuse of a mechanic

What can be done to reduce stress on the server is not to make more towns, ty :D

People making towns is an outcome of new players joining the server, you can't stop that. You can stop this.

If the players are distributed into smaller groups throughout the server and in some scenarios, different shards the numbers are often less than the 100+ fight then wouldn't it be better for the server TPS?

I'm pretty on the fence about removing the ability to double place due to how strategic it feels.

That all being said, I totally understand where your coming from with it feeling bad from the defenders perspective.

+ 1 Im not saying disabling the option to do so is the right way. tho as of right now it is unfear.
for sure got to balance it in some ways.

It's pretty difficult coordinating two separate groups of players. I'd also like to point out that yeah, it's not fun losing in most games. I think this is one of the tactics that makes winning in Loka just as satisfying.

Double placing is something that has been around since C2, and I'd like to think that's because it's one of the simple but interesting things you can do with coordinating and planning.

It has a huge strategic value and there are not many ways to be strategic in conquest. You don't have to agree with me but double placing is something that I believe is integral to conquest.

i think no one likes it tbh i dont know a single person who has said "Man double placing is such a great feature on loka!"
