Implemented please make zyre/cove maps actually rotate like you said you would

hi, in the announcement post for fissure you said maps would change every day or so, and you would probably run fissure for a week straight. It has now been 1 month and almost 2 weeks and it's been fissure for all of that time. don't you think it's time to start the rotating now?

Gank Isle map rotation is now in, and they rotate every 3 days.
