Pointless Threads

Recently there have been a lot of new "people" joining the forums, which normally would be a good thing, but they are just making them a cesspool. These people, which I will refrain from naming, have been making several pointless, rambling threads which I think are ads for porn sites but I can't really tell because they make zero sense. These people only join to make these threads, and whenever I click on the links in the babbling text the site is blocked. If it is possible to remove such threads it would be very appreciated.

I think they're bots, and I've noticed they've been being removed not long after they're posted.

Unfortunately there's nothing that can be done right now unless we can find an effective captcha registration or something. Bear with us until then as I delete them many times within minutes of going up.

Should I be able to delete those threads now? I see them quite a lot, being able to delete them would be great.

Also those threads, while annoying and pointless, are rather hilarious when you actually read them.

Does it still ask the name of the server when you try to join?

I recently updated our registration method to prevent that; seems we haven't had any bots for awhile. That said, bots are a known and unfortunate problem with forums. An ever-present struggle.
