Suggestion Port Shipment Rebalance

So I'm not sure what all blocks are on offer now, but I feel like the shipments are extremely lackluster and could use some changes.

I believe the following blocks should have a chance of being shipped:

Common
Iron Ore
Coal Ore
Prismarine
Glowstone

Uncommon
Redstone Ore
Dark Prismarine
Prismarine Bricks

Rare
Diamond Ore
Sea Lanterns

Every day one of the blocks is rolled for with a few stipulations:

1. The same block cannot be shipped twice in a row
   
2. There will be at least one rare shipment per week
3. The number of blocks available to collect will be increased from 8 to 12

In addition to this, the bug preventing alliances from sharing in the double port block bonus should be fixed.

I realize this is likely not a high priority issue nor is it something very simple to code, but these are the changes I would like to see. Thoughts?

You're missing all three types of Prismarine Brick blocks, Gold Ore, Nether Quartz, and maybe one or two others. I could see removing some things like Gold Ore, maybe Nether Quartz too. Probably just the biggest issue is having the same dock blocks twice in a row. That's a fair suggestion and easily implemented.

You really think I'd forget my favorite block? Look again.

As for quartz and gold, the reason I left them is out is because they aren't all that useful or difficult to get. The rest on the list are at least one or the other.
