This is a PvP server, so please don't comment in disapproval based on any killings or thefts Psy may have conducted. Those things shouldn't have anything to do with ranking up, nor should the promotion system be a popularity contest.

Psy has a comprehensive knowledge of redstone, PvP, and other skills. He's been around awhile and is well informed of server history and general expectations. He's generally quite polite in his textual communication, the only non-polite form of communication he exercises is done through killing and stealing.

Someone being a notorious thief or murderer has never stopped them being promoted before.

He deserves this rank.

Regardles of building Stallingrad, I support this, he definitely makes server life interesting, just make sure he doesn't get carried away while raiding other towns.

I agree he should be a slicer. For all the havoc he has caused with how he plays it makes loka life interesting. I know havoc is a bad word to put it but the need to worry when he is on you might be next is something that I guess the server lost when zor became guardian.
