So the new quest feature is cool but it is hard to remember them. I propose there should be a log book to keep track of quests and items needed for them.

This might just be a limitation of the plugin but yeah it would be nice if we could have some kind of quest log.

well maybe every so often the main quest dude can update you on your current quests or if you go back to the person who gave you it instead of them asking "Have you heard from my sister" or "Found anything about our knife" they repeat what they are looking for.
