Ramping up our Advertising

Some people are getting antsy for new players and, while I'm not 100% comfortable with where the server is at, I'm beginning to ramp up advertising around the internets and starting to pay for advertising here and there.


Hopefully this winds up being successful and will bring new faces to Loka. That said, I'd appreciate you guys helping out the new players (and thanks to those of you who've already been helping out) learn all about Loka.

Also, don't forget we have some server listing website and they could really use your votes to climb the rankings so we can get more visibility.

MCSL seems to have a lot of problems. I am often brought to a page saying 'Minecraft Server List: Error 500' 'It would appear we've had an accident!' This has prevented me voting for the server.

The best thing you all can do is focus your efforts on up-voting and commenting on our page at Planet Minecraft.

It's pretty much our only source of new players at the moment ever since MCSL died.

At some point I will repost our reddit thread and then upvotes and comments there will help tremendously as well.
