Suggestion Re-Add play2.lokamc.com

play2.lokamc.com was an alternate ip for the old host which had different routing, when I used it it completely stabilized my ping

currently my ping fluxuates from 55-85 and is very unstable, i am hoping that an alternative routing server for NA players can be added to help counter this

+1 i am normally a 10ms but it js goes to like 40-50 randomly.
