Suggestion Reduce Pearl NPC Cost

Pearls at spawn are insanely overpriced and without the double mob drops it is very hard and challenging to grind them without breaking the bank on shards.

A reduction in the cost would go along way and im sure most of the server will agree.

I've never purchased pearls from the spawn NPC before. Even without double drops, pearls are one of the easiest things to collect by far. Shards aren't supposed to be the replacement for grinding, you're paying a premium for not having to do any of the work. -1

How are you grinding pearls? Endermen are much easier to kill than creepers in a mixed bag of overworld mobs for gunpowder or climbing the nether for glowstone. It's a pretty straightforward process with no real challenges involved.

+1 pearls are a pain to grind. i would much rather buy them and spend my time on other things. please balance this though.

1.Endermen are not the easiest Creepers are. They're easy to kill in 2 shots, not 5 and don't agro on you. Endermen also give terrible drop rates and are only good when you have the double mob drops buff.

+1 you also probably never purchased them from the NPC because it's a scam.

Personally, I haven’t grinded out pearls in a long time. My sister on the other hand has. She said that the drop rates are so bad that it’s better to buy them at this point. And seeing as only one town/alliance can own the 2x mob drops buff, Mob drops should be buffed. Or if they make balak a place where anyone can fight on, they should make those buffs greater and more useful than the originals, so that they can bring back per continent buffs. Also if they were to make Balak a “anyone can fight” continent, make sure anyone can make a “alliance” to show to it. (bring back coalitions but make it balanced)

This is kind of an off topic post but it's not really a secret the end has the least development by far when compared to places like RI or Nether. If the issue is endermen are a pain to farm it sounds like adjusted drop rates and end shrines might be useful
