If the fight starts in less then 15m u cant call reins while someone who can call reins is online you cant call at all, would stop ppl calling at the 1m zone

calling reins unannounced at the last minute has been a strategy long before you were on the server, its definitely a good tactic to fix a hopeless situation in conquest if well coordinated. so uh gonna have to -1 this one
