it's actually impossible to Sell towns/Giveaway to a friend, Ik alot of people had to delete there town because of this feature make it a week atleast people dont want to wait a whole month so they could be owner of a town.

1 month is working fine, now people is barely selling towns which is the idea, if we do it less time will be the same as before.
