Implemented Remove from Ranked Queue when Offline

When you queue ranked and leave the server, you still stay in the ranked queue for a bit, but the issue with that is that you can get in a game and lose it if you are offline.

This is really bad because when your wifi goes out or your minecraft crashes or anything of the sort, you will almost 100% of times lose the match even though you weren't even online moments before you get put into a game. So please make it so you can't get into games whilst you're not online :)

It is possible to see who you just queued sometimes by waiting and doing /pvp then going to spectate (pending matches will still show a player head and it will say who vs who), so this would make it pretty easy for people to queue dodge.

The queue system already checks if you're offline when trying to put you into a match, so you'd have to have disconnected after you got a match at which point it has to be a loss.

But when I log out(whilst not being in a match) and log back on 10 seconds after I'm still in the queue even without being in a game, why's that? Is that a Bug or does it put me back in the queue once I relog
