Implemented Remove tall grass from zones next to tgens.

Tallgrass is annoying, the good thing about it is in most fight situations it can be broken to allow your sword to then swing through it. The problem here is the fact you cannot break the tall grass that comes next to a tgen, tall grass next to a tgen literally acts as a forcefield that no melee weapon can go through
The fact tall grass can't be removed inside a tgen is just a pain for both sides in a fight. Please just completely remove tall grass from areas next to a tgen

+1. The fact you can't break it is quite annoying and you can't hit people and pots aren't great in grass. Savannah fights are Garbo
