It is a dumb rule and just gets rid of a lot of cool tiles to make towns, I dont know why its a rule but its very very annoying for people like me who want to make towns.

Honestly, remove the limit altogether. It's stupid and nonsensical if you ask me. It would be pretty cool to see more towns together, and I feel it would help minimize the ugly throughout the server from people just building up at the town borders because they now have to consider towns next to them with the shared border.

It's just going to cause more inib pads to be missing, which is already a annoying problem caused by players making towns and deleting them a week after. No one wants to see or deal with a straight line of towns going from the clay cliffs to the mountains.
