maybe suggest a compromise to change how the timer works?

Like maybe make it so you can’t rejoin the same town for 7 days if you were kicked.

but you can rejoin whenever if you left on your own and are already locked to that town. this way people aren’t waiting to fight if they left for some reason.

90% sure this was implemented to prevent the mass transportation of items. Also, depending on the circumstances, Elders have let players bypass this in the past ie they were accidentally kicked or kicked over a misunderstanding.
