Implemented Removing signatures/ dropped by

Currently when you use the npc at spawn if the signature was after the dropped by it prompts you to remove the signature. Because of this if you have a lore with a rare / cool signing but do not like that it was dropped by someone at zyre there is no current way that I know of to just get rid of the dropped by and keep the signature. If I am missing something let me know if not make it so the npc can separately either remove the dropped by or signature

Yes, we want to improve this system and give players more flexibility. The only thing we need to be wary of though is people 'griefing' items that do not belong to them by removing important information that made that item iconic/unique. In the same way we don't allow people who did not write the lore to remove it.

understandable just like random dropped bys that do not have sentimental value just make some lores not look clean
