Hello, staff team, I hope you are doing well. I would like to request a review of my permanent ban, which occurred about ten months ago due to the use of an inappropriate skin. I am not here to justify my behavior, as I am aware that it was wrong and I understand why I received a sanction. At that time, I did not consider the rules nor reflect on the effect it could have on the community. Over time, I realized that those actions not only affect my account, but also the server environment and the work you do to keep it safe and enjoyable for everyone. In these past months, I have dedicated myself to thinking and learning to better respect the rules and online coexistence.I am no longer the same impulsive player I was before; now I greatly appreciate the opportunity to be part of a community with good and healthy habits.I would like to have another chance to try it, committing to follow all the rules and contribute positively to the server.
