Implemented Reset Everyone's Pot PvP Kit

Title speaks for itself, but when you were able to drop items in PG people swapped out the bow, arrow, axe, and 3 sets of buffs for extra health and added another regen. I think with the new ranked season coming up this is pretty unfair.

tis only fair' however I suggest whilst we are at it we make the default kit better.
