Implemented Resistance 3

By now most of Loka if not everyone knows about this new resistance 3 and the recipe to make it. Due to this recipe crystals are making a comeback and while playing another server we found out about a nerf that I enjoyed.

If res 3 stay or return I think that this recipe for one should be removed or add the slowness back. This way you can tell who has the res 3. The new nerf is to make it so that their armor takes more durability whilst having res 3.

I agree, but I think if it was to stay more nerfs then just slowness should've/should be added.

A solution we were talking about in vc last night was to increase the amount of armor durability you lose while under the effects of Res 3. (+1)

-1 crystals only really made parts of the battlezone completely uninhabitable, I don't really see the reason to add them back officially on a server that's pot pvp.

Resistance 3 is already in the game, with no downsides other then getting drunk atm.

It already is back and its been like 2 weeks so now everyone knows. It is currently even more OP then before because there's no slowness and you can't tell who has it.

If this was to stay I think the slowness and the nerf nerdcat and I said should be added.

Should now be fixed and some alcohol effects have been adjusted. We'll monitor them and may make further changes to them if we feel they are necessary.
