Hey there this is my response to the reply on my appeal. I’m not trying to complain in any way am just curious but what I think it got denied is for what guns4dayz said that “we are all apart of a group and that we are still racist to this day building swastikas on a hcf server”. First of all I have never talked to you in any vc. I don't even know you like that. Second of all there was no proof of me doing these things. It is true I used to hang out with BestOfNiger and the other guys. but not anymore I do remember Guns4Dayz and BestOfNiger were always toxic towards each other on minesurge but I always stayed out of it because I didn't want to get in any trouble. I was never racist towards you or anybody else in this community I definitely did not build swastikas on any hcf server I do not know where you are getting this from I don't know if you just don't like me because I used to hang out with BestOfNiger and you think we are all the same I can promise you I am not. I just want to have fun again on loka I have no idea why you are making these false accusations against me I will do anything to prove I didn't do these things i'm trying to dm previous staff members/owners from minesurge and ask them if I was ever racist and if I ever build swastikas on their server and i'll even give them my username the point is I never did any of these things so yea thanks for your time and have a good day. 😄. in the period of spartan being banned on loka. I have been in vc with him and talked with him on a daily bases and i do not remember one thing that he said negatively toward anybody on purpose. he defiantly didnt do any swastikas on another server and the whole reason why those accusations were said in the first place is because none of the people on their faction ever gotten along with Guns4Dayz faction.
 
@Guns4Dayz You're very weird for spreading lies to keep somebody banned. You don't have any evidence at all, the only evidence you've got is a picture of swastikas on a faction building. Keep in mind a faction has multiple members so you can't point it on him therefor your evidence ain't valid mate. If you've got any other evidence which strongly points to spartan then share it, he's also gone out of his way to dm the previous owner to confirm. Other than that +1
 
I can agree with vardiant, i have been vc ing with spartan and i can say that he definetly did not do that, hes a really chill guy and i havent seen him being toxic to anyone

its not a lie they copied they base and when I went to report them i told the admins all about it if you think im lying so be it

LOL you've got to be trolling mate, if the admins knew about it he would've been banned in the first place and lbuddyboy confirmed that no such thing occurred. Saying its not a lie they copied they base and when I went to report them i told the admins all about it if you think im lying so be it
Isn't proof at all the guy didn't get banned nor do you have any screenshots linking spartan to be the person behind the building of the swastika.
From my point of view you're a naive kid who needs to lie in somebody's appeal just to keep em banned just because you don't like them.
Please show strong evidence that spartan was behind the building of the swastika instead of saying baseless words hoping people will believe you.
