I tried to do notifications in game but they kind of blew up. That said, this only applies to people who had permissions on multiple towns. You'll find they have been changed:
- If you are a town owner, that is where your town permissions stayed. Your permissions on all other towns were removed.
- If you are not a town owner and had an active /town, your perimissions were removed from the other towns you had perms on.
- If you have no active /town, I haven't decided what to do with you yet. This applies only to a small handful of people.
