Hello, Staff and players of Loka.
I am here to dispute my ban of "Assisting Ban Evasion". I want to start off by saying I have never done this and would never help a banned player ban evade on a server, as I think it is wrong and something I personal do not agree with. On tuesday night/wednesday, I tried logging on Loka to play with a few friends as this is what I regularly do as I very much enjoy playing this server with my friends, and suddenly I came to the realization I was banned for "Assisting Ban Evasion", as you imagine this came as a shock to me and many of my friends which I play Loka with. I have never done this thing, I am being accused of. As a result of this, I went straight to create a ticket to ask why I had been banned of Loka and whom of which I helped ban evade, I swiftly got a reply from the Loka team and it stated that I had been helping a player that goes by the name of Qaag ban evade. I am aware of who Qaag is as we are normally in a Voice channel together with other friends as we used to all play a server together but we recently quit to join Loka as we thoroughly enjoy playing Loka, I was aware of Qaag being banned but never once thought he was ban evading, if I would of knew about this I would have straight away reported it to the Loka team as I do not want to be associated with players who are constantly breaking the rules as this is a thing I do not agree with.
- What happened
I had been informed by a member of Loka staff that Qaag had been ban evading for months now, but I don't know how I was expected to know this as I have only just recently came back to the server approximately 2 weeks now. Therefore, I was not aware of his behaviour. Right after the Loka staff team informed me that I was helping Qaag ban evade I sent him a message on discord about why he was lying to me as he said the account he was playing on was a good friend of his. He told me that he is sorry but he just wanted to play the server again to which I got very annoyed at him as I was being wrongfully punished for his wrong doing. I believe that I should be unbanned, as I have had no part to play in helping Qaag ban evade but I still do hold myself accountable for not being more aware and in the future. If something like this was to happen and I would actually know about it I would be sure to notify Loka staff. I am one to admit, that I was naive and dumb at the time to believe everything that Qaag said as I thought he was a very good friend of mine at the time, but I understand that this was a stupid mistake and would not happen again. However, I do not understand how I am being held accountable for another persons actions as I had no part to play in Qaags ban evasion. I have been a very accepted member in the Loka community and many know that I would not help or participate in any activities such as helping others break rules.
- Why I was in a vc with Qaag?
I was told that the reason I was being punished was because I was in a vc with Qaag while at the time he was ban evading. The reason I was in a vc with Qaag is because we are both member of a discord server called "Crown". This is for a group of friends who all chill and play Loka together which Qaag usually joins vc to just chat and talk with us. So when he joined vc more often I thought nothing of it as it was a regular thing for him to do at the time as I have mentioned many times before, I was not the only one in these vcs with Qaag a lot of people were in the call as well. Qaag wasn't often speaking a lot during these vcs so I had no reason to suspect him ban evading. So I do not see the link between me being in a vc with Qaag and many others to me helping him ban evade. In the future, I will not put myself in these situations and I will learn to not be in vcs with players who have tendencys to ban evade or do anything that is against Loka rules.

I believe, I have done nothing wrong to warrant a permanent ban from the Loka network so I will await your decision and will respect it regardless of the outcome I thank you for reading my appeal and taking my points into consideration.
