Just drag and drop it into http://imgur.com/ and then paste the link in your post

Or click 'Upload a File' and then once it has been uploaded click 'Full Image' beneath the thumbnail and it will be placed in your message in full. Clicking 'Thumbnail' will put in a small clip that you can click for the full size image.
