two main benefits to this
1. Loka devs make more money
2. Players who make a mistake or who regret their lock can still experience the joys of conquest without having to wait multiple weeks
potential downsides:
1. people may rat and betray at unfun rates
2. probably not in line with the admins grand vision for conquest
there should perhaps be a long cooldown or limit on when you can do this, maybe you only get 1 or 2 a year. let me know what you guys think
