I am wanting to sell New Auru, but with some conditions. We need active people and so on. I hope to stay on as co-owner, but the other person would own the town would be free to do what they want in terms of conquest, as long they have the resources for it. I just want to mainly focus on rebuilding the town and so on. Also, in terms of rebuilding, I would hope to stick with my current plan for rebuilding. Please DM me your offers
