Type /register while in-game to register for a forums account.

I have pinged your server several times and have an average ping of 65ms but when I log on, I am disconnected for timing out. Does this have something to do with my computer, minecraft 1.9, or is it something else?

I think the server is down right now, I am not able to log in either...
