This is already possible by using a scrolling wheel macro or fancy mouse that lets you scroll incredibly fast. (Both approved by Loka)
Allowing the mod just makes this building QoL feature more accessible to builders. +1

It only shuffles placeable items. Doesn't touch your tools or pots.
